Tom was born and lives on Wirral, he is the Conservative Councillor for Upton, Arrowe Park, Overchurch and Woodchurch. Tom is a governor of Woodchurch High School and a Board Member of the Woodchurch Neighbourhood Management Team.

Residents of Green Mount have been left with an extra lamppost in their street when the council replaced one and didn’t take the other away! As you can see from the picture it is very dangerous with rubble and slabs piled around. One resident told me that the lamppost was replaced a month ago and so far nothing has been done. I have contacted the council and requested it be removed and remedial work done asap.
