Tom was born and lives on Wirral, he is the Conservative Councillor for Upton, Arrowe Park, Overchurch and Woodchurch. Tom is a governor of Woodchurch High School, a Board Member of the Woodchurch Neighbourhood Management Team and a Board Director of Wirral Partnership Homes. He also is a member of the Councils Licensing, Health & Safety and General Purposes Committee as well as the Sustainable Community Overview & Scrutiny Committee.
