That&#039;s true, however someone I know was told by a Labour paty member that Labour councillors/members of the Labour party were told not to attend.  Maybe you could ask your fellow Upton councillors about that?</description>

taken place outside are doors graffti on the garage doors litter just droped any were  in the spinney when i asked them to pick it up i was met by a load of abuse now i understand i am having play area at the side of my house so dont we get a say at all. we have a park
with all a football pitch we have a community centre with a football
pitch thats never used what this will do is move the problem of drinking in garages to the play area in the evening closer to us in warwick road we pay our council tax for this.</description>
